Parley Beta
Translate, transcribe, proofread and practise interviews
Ready
Two new tools, in beta testing. Transcribe turns an MP3 or voice recording into text, with speakers, timestamps, an English translation and a PDF. Proofread checks Arabic and English text for errors and compares two versions to see if they match.

Transcribe a recording Beta

Beta testing: results can contain mistakes, so review them before you use them. Please report anything odd.

  1. Add the file. Choose an MP3, M4A or WAV below, or drop it on the box.
  2. Pick a style. Clean text reads best. Deep transcript keeps every word with speakers and times.
  3. Press Transcribe, then switch between Original and English, or download a PDF.

Proofread and polish Beta

Beta testing: the checker can miss things or flag things that are fine. Treat it as a second pair of eyes and read the result before you use it.

  1. Add your text. Paste it, or upload a Word, PowerPoint, PDF, image, text or web page file. Any language works.
  2. Choose what you want. Fix mistakes only, make it clearer, or rewrite it in another tone.
  3. Press Check. Fix the red Errors first, then look at Suggestions. Open Corrected text to copy the result.
What gets checked
  • Spelling, typos and wrong word forms
  • Grammar, punctuation, spacing and capital letters
  • Consistency of names, terms, dates and numbers
  • Clarity and wording, when you ask for polish
  • With two documents: anything missing, added or different between them, such as a text and its translation

Your text is sent to Google Gemini to be checked. This app does not keep it.

Proofread

Check a Word, PowerPoint, Excel or PDF file, or paste your text. Any language works. If a file has two languages, you get suggestions for each one and a comparison between them.

Mock interview

Tell me about the role. I will interview you one question at a time, ask follow-ups when an answer is thin, then write a detailed report with a verdict.

The role

Make it specific

Optional, but it makes the questions much better.

How it runs

What is this for
Warm coaching, optional hints, and a report that shows how to improve.

How you answer
The interviewer speaks each question, then your microphone opens. Stop talking and your answer is sent. Works best in Chrome or Edge, with headphones.
Interviewer
Video call

Your answers are sent to Google Gemini to write the questions and the report. Parley does not keep them. Close this page and they are gone.

Corrections

One per line, like wrong => right. When the captions show the wrong wording, it appears as the right one, now and from here on. Good for names, titles and terms. This changes the captions and notes, not the spoken voice.

Settings

Enter the access code you were given. It is checked first and remembered in this browser tab only if it works.

Gemini readiness

Google does not tell apps how much quota is left. This check tests the connection and one real request, and tracks what this browser has used. For the exact limits and usage, open AI Studio rate limits. Limits apply to the whole Google project, not each person.

Voice speed

Auto speeds the voice up only while it is behind the speaker, then goes back to normal.
